Homicide Unit detectives arrested two teenage suspects in connection with the fatal stabbing of a 47-year-old man. On July 27th, at about 8:10 am, patrol officers with the Maryland-National Capital Park Police Department responded to the 7800 block of West Park Drive for an unresponsive male. When they arrived, the officers discovered the victim outside in the woods suffering from stab wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The preliminary investigation reveals the victim was stabbed when he refused the suspects’ demands for money.
